Are these guide prices final?
The calculator shows a guide price for standard private car-with-driver round tours. We confirm the final price after checking exact hotels, route timing, luggage, special stops and availability.
What is included in the daily minimum?
The daily minimum package includes the private A/C vehicle, chauffeur, fuel for the included mileage, driver accommodation, driver batta and a tolls/parking/expressway allowance.
How much mileage is included?
The calculator uses 120 km per tour day as the guide included mileage. Extra mileage is added internally only if the checked route exceeds the included allowance.
Why do you not show kilometres to customers?
Real Sri Lanka tours include hotel roads, sightseeing detours, restaurant stops, supermarket visits, parking movement and local roads. We keep km internal to avoid confusion and confirm the final route fairly.
Can I start in one city and finish in another?
Yes. The calculator can check pickup, visit places and drop-off city. Some one-way or unusual routes may need manual confirmation.
Are hotels, entrance tickets and safaris included?
No. This page is for transport with chauffeur. Hotels, entrance tickets, train tickets, safari jeeps and activities can be quoted separately.
Which vehicle is best for two passengers?
For two passengers with light luggage, Economy Chauffeur Sedan works well. For long tours or extra comfort, choose Comfort Class Sedan or Premium Island SUV.
Which vehicle is best for a family?
For families with luggage, Compact Family Van, Comfort Group Van or Large Group Touring Van is usually more comfortable than a sedan.

You can request a preferred chauffeur, but final allocation depends on date, route, vehicle type and availability. We will assign a suitable experienced driver.
